You want to refund or cancel a Saily plan. Saily's refund eligibility depends on activation state — unactivated plans are easier to refund than activated ones.

  2. 2If unactivated, request a refund through the in-app support chat — Saily typically refunds within 7 days for unused plans.

  4. 4Keep the order confirmation handy — support requests it.
  5. 5If the refund is declined and you believe it's eligible per Saily's terms, escalate through Saily's parent Nord Security support channel.
