Saily eSIM connected but no data (APN)

العَرَض

Saily shows as active with signal, but mobile data doesn't work. The line has connected to a network but the APN profile is wrong or missing — this is the most common Saily issue on Android devices.

خطوات الإصلاح

  1. 1Locate the APN value in your Saily order confirmation email or the Saily app under your active plan's details.
  2. 2Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → tap the Saily line → Access Point Names → add a new APN with the value from Saily.
  3. 3Save the APN and select it as the active APN for the Saily line.
  4. 4On iPhone, the APN is configured automatically — if it's still wrong, remove and re-add the eSIM profile.
  5. 5If issues persist, contact Saily support — they can push a corrected APN remotely on some networks.
