Maya Mobile eSIM not connecting to local network

Maya Mobile plan is installed but the line displays "No Service" in your destination. The eSIM hasn't been able to register with the local carrier.

- The destination country isn't covered by Maya Mobile's underlying carrier partner — coverage gaps exist in remote areas.
- The device is locked to a specific carrier.
- Network Selection is stuck on a network with no signal.
خطوات الإصلاح
- 1Confirm your destination is in Maya Mobile's coverage list.
- 2Settings → Cellular → tap Maya Mobile line → Network Selection → Automatic.
- 3If Automatic doesn't pick a network, try selecting a different one manually.
- 4Toggle Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then off.
- 5Reboot the device.
- 6If still no signal, contact Maya Mobile support — they can verify whether the plan is provisioned correctly on their side.
