1Global eSIM activated but offline

1Global plan is installed and shows signal, but the line can't access data. Common across travel eSIMs — usually a Data Roaming or APN issue.

- Cellular Data is selected on the wrong line.
- APN profile failed to download automatically.
- 1Global's underlying carrier doesn't have data coverage at your specific location.
خطوات الإصلاح
- 1Settings → Cellular → tap 1Global line → enable Data Roaming.
- 2Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data → switch to the 1Global line.
- 3On Android, manually add the APN listed in your 1Global order email.
- 4Toggle Airplane mode on/off, or reboot the device.
- 5Move to a location with stronger signal — basement floors and underground transit can block service.
- 6Contact 1Global support if the issue persists after 30 minutes.
